The Story
Earth has just been destroyed, obliterated in a single blow! In the farthest reaches of the universe, a small colony is the last of humanity, yet they know nothing of this.

The alien invasion ship is speeding to eradicate al traces of humanity. The small colony world of Gade will be defended by fighter pilots with the worst reputation, and led by the polititions of the most corrupt sort. James Betle fights to defend the home he once knew as a Utopia, a Utopia before the era of becoming a scapegoat for the politician whim. Fighting with every breath, Colony Gade will be humanities last stand.

Behind the Scenes
Editing the Colony Gade movie is now down to compositing the cg overlays. This is a bit tedious, but overall an impressive effect. We have already recieved a slew of stop motion and cg animations from both Tom Yoeman and Niel Rowlands, and they are impressive like you wouldn't believe!

We were also waiting for Leif Issacson to return from his blacksmith apprenticeship, but he has appeared, and we have succesfully completed filming his final scenes! They turned out excellent. He appeared side by side with Roderick Minty. The out takes from those two were priceless! Over a year apart from the origional live action filming, and these two still had the magic. It was great. No, not great, but ten times better than the origional!

Music wise Gade still has a long way to go. We are talking with a few bands about possibly including there music, but we still have to see where that leads us. One of the greatest bands we have onboard is 'Edges of Seven'! I have long been a fan of them, and so to have their music in this movie is simply beyond belief. And surprise! Another band has signed on to contribute music for Colony Gade. It's the Passion Lizards! So far we've got 'Strut', and are currently looking through their latest tracks to see if any other songs fit the feel of this movie. These guys have been great, beyond belief.
